It’s an adaptation of a chocolate-peanut butter granola bar recipe with a few more healthy ingredients added. Goji berries are considered a super food, packed with nutrients. Pistachios and pepitas are added to the mix of toasted oats, rice cereal, chia seeds and chocolate chips.

Mix the dry ingredients with melted peanut butter, butter or coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and brown sugar. The recipe can be adapted to be gluten free and vegan, too!
